To reserve a pass/coupon you must:
· Have an up-to-date CMARS library card in good standing (no fines $10.00 or more) and PIN number.
· Be 18 years or older.
· Pay all fines before borrowing a pass.

How to reserve a pass/coupon:
· Choose on the basis of the museum you want to visit, the date you can attend and the library branch from which you wish to borrow a pass/coupon.
· Reserve the pass or coupon over the telephone, at a library reference desk or over the Internet.

· If the pass/coupon you want is not available, please be prepared to suggest an alternate date or museum.
· Pass may be reserved up to 2 months in advance on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
· You must return previously borrowed pass before you may reserve another pass.

Passes must be returned on time so they will be available for the next person.
· Overdue fines of $15.00 per day will be charged for a late pass.
· A replacement fee of $50.00 will be charged for a lost pass.

BORROWING PROCEDURES:

- A discount coupon may be picked up any time after you make a reservation.

- A pass may be picked up after 3:00 p.m. the day before your reservation/museum visit.

- A pass or coupon can also be picked up by noon on the day of your reservation/museum visit. Check library hours. You must bring your library card to pick up the pass. Each pass must be picked up by the individual who reserved it.

The pass must be returned by3:00 p.m. the day after your reservation. If the library is closed on the normal return date, the pass will be due back the next day the library is open by 3:00 p.m. The return time changes to 11:00 a.m. if the return date is a Saturday.

The pass must be returned in its plastic envelope to the library from which it was borrowed.
