Worcester Public Library offers computer
training for librarians from other regional
libraries throughout the year. Training
includes, but is not limited to, online
databases searching skills, web search
techniques for parents and their children,
and Internet basics.
The Computer Lab at the Main Library
is available for public use when no
group training essions are scheduled
during library open hours. This lab
was made possible by a Bill & Melinda
Gates Foundation grant. The lab has
10 computers plus an instructor’s station
and can be reserved for regional library
group training.
