You are invited to explore the Worcester Public Library's Wireless Internet services using your own wireless-enabled laptop computer. Free access is provided in all public areas in the Main Library and at all times the Library is open. After connecting to Library's Wireless, you simply launch your Web browser and the Library's splash page will appear with terms you must agree. After clicking "I Agree" button* on the page, you can explore the Library's online databases as well as begin surfing the World Wide Web immediately.

- The Wireless Internet services provided are a privilege solely for your convenience and use at the Library and do not impose liability of any kind on the Library.

- You acknowledge and agree to adhere to the Library's Internet policies, procedures and guidelines and agree not to use the services in a manner prohibited by any federal, state or local law or regulation.

- The Library has no control over the information available over the Internet and cannot be held responsible for content or accuracy of this information. All content accessed or received by you is used at your own risk and good security practices are to be followed.

- The Library cannot be held responsible for any confidential personal or financial information you may send over the Wireless Internet since Wireless Internet leaves electronic information in the public domain.

- You are responsible for the safety of your equipment, your laptop configurations and security, or safety of your data files resulting from connection to the Library's Wireless Internet.

- The library staff is not able to support user connectivity issues or user computer issues of any type. If the library staff is contacted for assistance they will only verify the current operational state of the Wireless Internet System.

- As with all materials available at the Worcester Public Library, parents and guardians are responsible for guiding their children's use of the Internet.
